Lee Angers
Senior Project Manager EDGE Infrastructure Partners
I bring hands-on execution experience across the full interconnection lifecycle — routing, siting, rights-of-way negotiation and design, permitting, procurement & construction of transmission and interconnection facilities on both sides of the meter. This field-level experience informs a strategy-first advisory model grounded in operational reality. Currently advise data center developers, hyperscalers, IPPs, utilities, and infrastructure investors on portfolio-level interconnection risk – aligning load and generation requirements with utility constraints, regulatory evolution, and ISO/RTO processes while preserving capital efficiency.
Seminars
- Assessing power availability and interconnection constraints for edge to reduce deployment delays
- Engaging utilities early in the development process to accelerate approvals and bring capacity online faster
- Preparing for emerging North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) and Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) regulations to ensure compliance and avoid future grid-related constraints
- Building long-term partnerships with utilities and regulators to align future infrastructure investment and regional growth plans to support scalable edge expansion
- Validating project requirements, stakeholder expectations, and deployment assumptions upfront to reduce redesigns, scope changes, and delivery risk
- Aligning design, procurement, and construction activities to build reliable project schedules to increase speed to market
- Developing accurate cost forecasts and capital plans to avoid under/over funded projects and strengthen investor confidence
