Craig Huffman is the Co-Founder & CEO of Metro Edge Development Partners, where he leads the development of next-generation edge infrastructure designed to support the growing demand for AI, cloud and digital services. With nearly two decades of experience in real estate private equity and infrastructure investment, Craig brings expertise in data center development, project capitalization and community-focused infrastructure delivery. Prior to founding Metro Edge, he co-founded Ascendance Partners, a real estate private equity firm specializing in institutional investment across commercial real estate.
