Colleen Connolly, P.E. is a Partner and the CEO at Scherer Design Group, where she leads the planning, design and delivery of complex telecommunications and critical infrastructure projects. A licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania, Colleen brings more than 30 years of engineering and project leadership experience, with expertise spanning wireless infrastructure, utility coordination, permitting and large-scale infrastructure development. She is recognized for delivering technically complex projects through strong stakeholder collaboration and practical engineering solutions, helping clients successfully navigate the evolving demands of digital infrastructure.
